How to Register as a Vendor

To complete your registration, have the following information ready:

• The name of your business, address, and contact information
• An internationally chargeable credit card with a valid billing address
• Your phone number for registration process
• Your tax ID information
• Additional identity documents may be required in some cases

What You'll Need to Get Started

You can sell numerous items, including products from fashion and beauty, indoor and outdoor hunting gear, indoor and outdoor furniture, fishing gear, and more.

Create your vendor profile and upload your product listings for a 30-day free trial, and start selling your products. Link your social media accounts to your Vendor's account immediately after it's created to drive traffic to your store.

What Can Be Sold

Robinson Empire's vendor platform offers the most affordable membership programs.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES:
• Bronze subscription: $199.00/year (after 30-day free trial) - Up to 150 products
• Silver subscription: $299.00/year (after 30-day free trial) - Up to 250 products
• Gold subscription: $399.00/year (after 30-day free trial) - Unlimited products

SELLING FEES:
• 4% for items from $0.99 to $49.99
• 11% for items from $50.00 and higher

Vendors handle goods, delivery, shipping charges, and damaged goods returns. We showcase your products to boost sales in front of hundreds of millions of potential customers.

Membership and Selling Costs

To sell an item, create a product listing. You can either use an existing listing or create a new listing.

You can list products in large batches using bulk upload with an Excel-based inventory file, or add one product at a time using the add a product feature.

Posting Your First Item

Robinson Empire uses product IDs to identify items. For each product listing, provide:

• Product title
• Product description and bullet points
• Product images
• Search terms and relevant keywords

Make it simple for customers to discover your products by adding clear titles, images, and concise, feature-based bullet points.

What You Need to List Products

The product detail page is where customers see an item sold on Robinson Empire. It's where customers can locate all the pertinent information about a particular item.

Focus on delivering a first-rate customer experience by making your listings succinct, accurate, and straightforward.

The Product Detail Page

Robinson Empire is a merchant-fulfilled online store. This means that you store and ship products directly to customers yourself. Robinson Empire does not collect or handle goods from vendors.

Vendors control: handling of goods, delivery, shipping fees, and the return of damaged goods. Shipping rates are based on the product category and shipping service selected by the customer.

Fulfilling Your Orders

When you have a positive balance, Robinson Empire sends your accumulated earnings to your bank account using electronic funds transfer. It can take up to five business days for the money to appear in your account.

You must provide a valid bank account as a deposit method. We cannot make payments to a credit card or online payment system like PayPal.

Your first sale is a big milestone, but this is only the beginning of your profitable sales on Robinson Empire.
