To access and use the services, you must register for a Robinson Empire Account LLC ("Account") by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other required information.

You must be older than 18 years or at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are receiving services for business purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Robinson Empire is not a marketplace - any contract of sale is directly between you and the buyer.

You are responsible for all activity and content uploaded to your account.

A breach or violation of any term may result in immediate termination of your services.

Account Terms

The person signing up will be the contracting party ("Store Owner") for our Terms of Service. If signing up on behalf of an employer, your employer shall be the store owner.

Your Robinson Empire Store can only be associated with one store owner. A store owner may have multiple Robinson Empire Stores.

Account Activation - Store Owner

Based on your pricing plan, you can create staff accounts with customizable permissions. The Store Owner is responsible for all Staff Account activity.

Upon registration, you provide banking information for payments. Vendors cannot create their own payment gateways. Weekly payment withdrawals are available.

Store Owner Staff Accounts

You must read, agree, and accept all terms before becoming a Robinson Empire User.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the service without express written permission.

You shall not purchase search engine keywords or domain names using Robinson Empire trademarks.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

We may remove materials and suspend accounts if they violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Verbal or written abuse directed at any Robinson Empire personnel will result in immediate account termination.

In disputes regarding account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation and determine rightful ownership.

Robinson Empire Rights

"Confidential Information" includes any business information not publicly known, including customer lists, product designs, sales data, pricing, and marketing data.

Each party agrees to use Confidential Information solely as necessary and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

Confidentiality

To the extent permitted by law, Robinson Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims made by third parties due to your breach of these Terms.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty.

Robinson Empire is not responsible for your tax obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held contrary to law, it shall be modified to accomplish its objectives.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Robinson Empire.

Waiver, Severability, and Complete Agreement

We do not claim intellectual property rights over materials you upload. All materials remain yours.

By uploading materials, you agree to allow public viewing, Robinson Empire storage, and promotional use of your store's branding.

You retain ownership but allow others to view publicly posted materials.

Intellectual Property and Customer Content

You may cancel your account anytime by contacting support.

Upon termination: we cease services, you lose access, no refunds apply, outstanding balances become due, and your store goes offline.

Domains will no longer auto-renew after cancellation.

We may suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

Cancellation and Termination

Robinson Empire welcomes ideas and suggestions. Feedback submissions have no obligation of confidentiality or expectation of compensation.

By submitting Feedback, you waive all rights and allow Robinson Empire to implement it freely.

Reviews must be accurate and not illegal, obscene, threatening, or defamatory.

Feedback and Reviews

We support intellectual property protection and respond to all copyright infringement notices.

Upon receiving a DMCA Notice, we may remove or disable access to infringing materials. Merchants can submit counter-notifications.

Complainants have 14 business days to seek a court order before we restore material.

DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Unless otherwise provided, no person or entity who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term.

Rights of Third Parties

Robinson Empire is committed to protecting personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs data collection, usage, and disclosure.

EU-based users are subject to our Data Processing Addendum for GDPR compliance.

Privacy & Data Protection

Physical item purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Risk of Loss

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it unused.

Product Descriptions

"List Price" is the suggested retail price. "Was Price" is based on recent price history.

We cannot confirm prices until you order. Mispriced items may result in order cancellation or contact for instructions.

Credit cards are generally charged after shipping begins or when digital products become available.

Pricing

Vendors handle their own shipping. Robinson Empire processes all customer payments, with weekly withdrawal options for vendors.

Vendors must ship products timely. We monitor vendor ratings and complaints.

Vendors cannot use third-party payment systems. Funds release after shipment and customer satisfaction.

Customers have two weeks to file disputes. Both parties have 10 business days to resolve. If unresolved, Robinson Empire determines the resolution.

Vendor Relationship with Robinson Empire

Robinson Empire charges:

• 4% for items from $0.99 to $49.99
• 11% for items from $50.00 and higher
